A team is made up of the talent and characters of more than 1 individual. In order to get the most out of your teammates and yourself, you need to learn how to interact with your team in a manner than will promote success, trust, and positive team dynamics.

I can provide several methods to create a winning team and improve a team dynamic.

• Compatibility Chart: The chart I provide the team, explains your personal strengths and weakness in any relationship such as how you communicate or how you appear to others. The next part of the chart explains your relationship with each teammate. It will explain your strengths and weaknesses with each person in order to give you a greater understanding of how to keep a certain symbiosis that is integral for a successful team.
• Seeds of Greatness program: This is a PowerPoint presentation combined with written tasks to complete individually and discuss as a team. I would recommend 3-4 hours for this program. This is a great team building exercise and creates an understanding of self-esteem, creativity, communication, faith, perseverance and much more!
• Getting to Know Your Team: This is a 2-3 hour team building session where you learn more about your teammates through various exercises. It also includes an astrology overview of each person's birth chart so the team can get an understanding of your characteristics
• Mental Training Sessions: This can include be a one time session or you can set up a session on a regular basis such as weekly or monthly. Here are some examples of sessions. Feel free to let me know if you want to work on something specific and I will be happy to accommodate your needs
