I have designed these self-growth programs based on some of the questions and concerns that clients have to come to me with. Each one of them will help you learn more about yourself and where you want to go from here. It is a stepping stone to getting back onto your path and living the life that you were destined to.

Self Growth Programs

• Joyful Life: Interactive Web Sessions on Finding True Happiness by Following Your True Path - 19 sessions - This is an intense program working through various beliefs and self-esteem issues you have accrued throughout your life. We will work through how to reach your destiny, love yourself and lead a happy, fulfilled life.

• A Step Above: Interactive Web Sessions on Leadership and Assertiveness- 11 sessions - We will discuss various ways to develop assertive behavior rather than passive or aggressive behavior. This also focuses on developing the qualities of a successful leader.

• Recovery Steps for Loss: Interactive Web Sessions for Recovering from Abortion or Miscarriage - 10 sessions - This is an in depth program to assist in the healing process of losing a child. This can be designed for abortion or miscarriage. We will go through several steps in the grieving process and help you understand what you are feeling. This includes several stories from other women and tasks that will help ease you through the natural feelings you may have feeling.
