Recovery Steps for Loss
I'd like to welcome you to this program and commend you for wanting to get help and wanting to heal. It may sound like the entire concept of healing is light years away, but let me assure you that if you follow this program and do the work required, you will start to feel differently about the events that have shaped your life.
How this Program Works
I will email or mail you the first step at no charge to you and once you have read through it you can make a choice: either stop or continue. Seems easy, but this is a choice that you need to be willing to follow through on in order to get the most benefit and healing. You can decide not to complete the program at this time OR you can continue on with your healing process and I will send the next steps.
- Choice #1: Stop - That's it, there's nothing else to do. There is no payment required. I can not force anyone to explore issues and emotions that they are not ready to. Good luck with your future and you can always explore this program at a later date when you feel you are ready.
- Choice #2: Continue - I will send you the next step in the program once payment is received. Each session will be $45 CAD and payable through credit card or money order. You can choose to pay per session or you can save by paying in one lump sum. I suggest each step take approximately 1 week. This is to ensure you don't rush through anything and allow yourself time to really experience the feelings and bring about healing. If more time is needed, that can be worked out. There are 10 sessions involved in this program. Keep in mind this can be a very emotional experience. I'll give you ways to handle that in future steps.

General Information
Format: Each session is broke down into 4 areas.
1) Weekly quote - I use these as encouragement and inspiration. Some are famous quotes and some are direct quotes from other women who have gone through an abortion.
2) Reading to heal - This section is the information that I will provide in order for you to learn how to heal.
3) Homework - This is the questions and self-discovery you will explore and email to me each week.
4) In Others Words - This section is not in every session, but I will often include example letters and experiences for you to read. These are meant as an example for you to get a clear understanding of what you should write. I have had clients tell me they are almost like support letters because they could relate to them or felt less alone because someone else had experienced the same emotions.
Homework: at the end of each session, I will assign some things to do in order to take action and promote healing. You will need to complete it and email it to me. I will review your answers and give you feedback. This feedback is for you to use to become more aware. I may ask you specific questions about it, but it is only for my own clarification. You will never be judged on how or what you say. They are YOUR feelings and no one can tell you how you should or should not feel.
Privacy: any personal information received will NEVER be shared and NEVER be posted or published anywhere. I may use experiences or stories as examples, but all identifying information will be changed. I will not use your experiences unless I have your permission to do so.
