Introduction
Welcome! This intense program is designed to help you take control of your life and find your destiny. I will guide you in discovering your authentic self which will lead you toward the path of your destiny. You will learn how to guide yourself through the challenges, opportunities, and emotions that life has to offer, all the while learning more about yourself. We will work towards putting your life together so that you can respect yourself for who you are and what you do.
Throughout this program you will learn to understand that once you start to follow your natural intuition as a guide, you become that much closer to the path you were destined to take.
We will also explore ways to help you in your journey when life throws you the unexpected or things "just don't work out". These will help you get back on your path when you are feeling lost and out of control. Put your seat belt on, cause it could be a bumpy ride! But, like a roller coaster you will leave this program with a passion and exhilaration for life like you never thought possible - because you'll know yourself!
How this
Program Works:
I will email or mail you the first step at no charge to you and once you have read through it you can make a choice: either stop or continue. Seems easy, but this is a choice that you need to be willing to follow through on in order to get the most benefit. You can decide not to complete the program at this time OR you can continue on with learning how to find true happiness by finding yourself and I will send the next steps.
Choice #1: Stop - That's it, there's nothing else to do. There is no payment required. I can not force anyone to explore issues and emotions that they are not ready to. Good luck with your future and you can always explore this program at a later date when you feel you are ready.
Choice #2: Continue - I will send you the next step in the program once payment is received. Each session will be $45 CAD and payable through credit card or money order. You can choose to pay per session or you can save by paying in one lump sum. There are 19 sessions in this program, but you get the 1st and last session free. I suggest each session take approximately 1 week. This is to ensure you don't rush through anything and allow yourself time to really experience the information and feel the emotions throughout the week. If more time is needed, that can be worked out.
Bonus: I will send you your Spiritual Path chart upon completion of this program at no charge to you! That's a $45 value as my way of saying congratulations for completing the program and good luck in your future.
Privacy: any personal information received will NEVER be shared and NEVER be posted or published anywhere. I may use experiences or stories as examples, but all identifying information will be changed. I will not use your experiences unless I have your permission to do so.
General Information
about Joyful Life
Format: Each session is broke down into 4 areas:
1) Weekly quote: I will start each session with a quote. I find it can be motivating and is just fun to read.
2) Towards the Light: This is the information to read on your own time that will explain how you can achieve true happiness and get back onto the path of your destiny.
3) From your Heart: These are exercises to do in order to review the information you just read and establish where you are at in this point of your life. They may not be included in every session, but I find it helps to do them as a quick refresher and helps you to understand your own preferences.
4) Something to Think About: At the end of each session, I will assign some things to do in order to take action and promote assertive communication and leadership. You will need to complete it and email it to me. I will review your answers and give you feedback. This feedback is for you to use to become more aware. I may ask you specific questions about it, but it is only for my own clarification. You will never be judged on how or what you say. They are YOUR feelings and no one can tell you how you should or should not feel.
